This notice explains what sumansanjel.com.np collects and why. The site is run by Suman Sanjel, Kathmandu, Nepal. It has no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking cookies.

Only what you submit:

• Booking a call: your name, email address, organisation (optional), what you'd like to discuss, your time zone, the chosen time and your consent to this notice.
• Sending an enquiry: your name, email address, organisation (optional), the kind of project, budget range, timeline and your message.

The server also records basic technical information needed to keep the site working and to block abuse, such as your IP address for rate limiting.

To reply to your enquiry, to arrange and run the call you booked (confirmation, calendar invite, reminders, changes and cancellations), and to protect the forms from spam.

Submissions are stored in this site's own database on its server. Confirmation and notification emails are sent to you and to me, so copies also exist in our email inboxes.

I keep booking and enquiry records for as long as they are useful for our conversation or any work that follows from it. You can ask me to delete them at any time (see below).

• Jitsi Meet (meet.jit.si) hosts the video link for booked calls. Its own privacy policy applies when you join.
• Cloudflare Turnstile may be used as a spam check on the forms. When it is enabled, Cloudflare processes technical data to tell people from bots.
• Map tiles on the project map are loaded from OpenFreeMap, which receives your IP address like any web server.
• Fonts are self-hosted by this site; no font requests go to third parties.
• Article previews and their images on the Writing pages come from my blog at thegeoint.com.

You can ask to see, correct or delete what you submitted by emailing [email protected]. You can cancel a booking at any time with the manage link in your confirmation email.
